I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Rhode Island College. My training includes CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, with a strong foundation in clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and youth and family systems.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. My work focuses on helping clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and develop greater emotional stability and resilience.
My clinical experience includes providing therapeutic support in group homes, special education schools, hospital settings, outpatient individual/family settings, and in-home therapy settings. Across all settings, I aim to create a collaborative, validating, and client-centered space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their treatment.
