Trish is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern and a certified Intuitive Eating counselor and is experienced in working with teens, adults, and older adults, supporting them in cultivating greater self-compassion and living in alignment with their authentic selves.
She approaches therapy with the conviction that you are the expert of your own story and creates a supportive, collaborative space for individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, stuck, or navigating major life changes. Using evidence-based approaches, she helps clients find their voice, reconnect with themselves, and focus on what matters most — on their own terms.
Trish also offers compassionate guidance to loved ones caring for individuals with eating disorders, helping them navigate the complexities of recovery. In her practice, Trish embraces a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, supporting clients in reconnecting with their bodies and healing their relationship with food and movement outside of diet culture. She is a Be Real Ambassador, working to shift the way adults in kids’ lives talk about bodies. A committed advocate for body liberation, Trish has written about the impact of anti-fat bias in clinical practice, with her work featured in Social Work Today magazine.
Outside of her work, Trish enjoys baking, getting lost in a good book, and playing bass guitar. She’s always up for an adventure — whether that means exploring a new place or going to Universal for the hundredth time. Most recently, she’s been learning how to throw pottery and is loving the hands-on creative challenge.
