Traci has been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years. She is an industrial and organizational psychologist and a certified workplace coach.

She has experience with adults and emerging adults and has experience in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, major life changes/transitions, career coaching, and psychological assessments/evaluations.

While Traci adapts her modality to what her clients present with, she tends to utilize a cognitive-behavioral and goal-oriented approach to therapy emphasizing on a person’s strengths. She believes we are all unique and gifted. Shining light on our strengths brings positive change and impacts our thoughts and ultimately our behaviors. We all have the tools within us to become the best version of ourselves and the capabilities to reach our true potential.

Everyone’s story is important and meaningful. Everyone deserves to be heard and accepted just as they are. Her aim is to create a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space, where clients can work toward their goals that bring them peace and success. She feels it is a privilege to walk alongside her clients in their unique journey of healing and self-discovery.
