Toni brings over 19 years of experience in criminal justice, and mental health. With extensive knowledge of the District Court System, she is deeply committed to addressing substance issues, the effects of loss and trauma, and developing effective interventions that promote trauma recovery and improve emotional, physical, and relationship health.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, focusing on the mutual development of goals and ongoing evaluation to ensure the best outcomes. She offers individual therapy, anger management, and group therapy, tailoring each service to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Toni is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Crisis Intervention, and she continually updates her skills to provide the most current and effective care. She embraces an integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health and substance abuse treatment.
Working with pre-teens, teens, and adults, Toni provides a safe, supportive space where clients can process their thoughts and emotions. She believes the purpose of therapy is to help people free themselves from what truly weighs on them—empowering them to live with greater clarity, resilience, and peace.
