I’m Tiffany White, and I work with individuals, couples, and young adults navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. I create a space where you feel safe to be honest, explore difficult emotions, and understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I’m especially passionate about helping people identify unhealthy relationship patterns, strengthen communication, establish healthy boundaries, and build more fulfilling connections with themselves and others.
I believe healing happens when insight is paired with action. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build practical tools for managing life’s challenges, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people around you. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy always tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
