Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has experience supporting individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and more. Tiffany especially enjoys working with teens and children, helping them build emotional resilience. She uses evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, tailoring care to each client’s needs. Her crisis work, including with the 988 Lifeline, informs her compassionate, accessible, and culturally responsive style.
