Tiara Leavitt-Celestina, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University in 2011. Mrs. Leavitt-Celestina has over a decade of experience working with outpatient for profit and non-profit community-based agencies. She has direct care experience working with individuals, families, and groups. Mrs. Leavitt-Celestina specializes in children, adults, trauma, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. Tiara is knowledgeable in a variety of evidenced based practices not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution focused therapy (SFT), Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), and trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR). Mrs. Leavitt-Celestina’s passion is providing authentic quality care, where clients feel safe and heard. She works from a strength-based, collaborative approach to help clients feel empowered and in control of their lives.
