Tessa Meyer is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about supporting teens (13+) and families through life’s challenges. She focuses on trauma-informed care, emotional safety, and creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in trust and connection. Before joining Ellie, Tessa worked in a non-profit domestic violence shelter and a private mental health practice. She is dedicated to making mental health care more accessible and advocating for her clients every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, live music, boating, and time with her cat and loved ones.
