Tess (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania who received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. Throughout her experience in the field of mental health, she has worked in a multitude of settings including an inpatient psychiatric facility and an Intensive Behavioral Health setting where she supported children, adolescents, young adults, and their families with various mental health concerns. Tess has
specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Therapy.
Tess strives to create a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where each client feels safe and validated. She strongly supports implementing a trauma-informed, collaborative approach while integrating elements of family systems therapy to support healthier communication and relationships within families as needed.
Tess has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, defiant behaviors, and more. She takes a person-centered, strength-based approach, basing therapy around the belief that every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive in their own unique way.
