Taylor graduated with her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. She has experience working with a variety of concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, relational difficulties, grief, and self-esteem. Taylor’s background involves providing crisis intervention services, working in hospital settings for adolescents and adults, and providing individual counseling in an outpatient setting. She integrates ideas and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and strength-based counseling. Taylor’s goal is to establish a comfortable, non-judgmental environment in which you can process personal challenges and gain new insights while developing a sense of empowerment. In her free time, Taylor enjoys crafting (scrapbooking and painting) and cooking.
