Tamra is a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Traumatology, she holds a master’s degree in professional counseling and an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
With a wealth of internship experience, Tamra specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and challenges faced by minorities and individuals with disabilities. She also provides support and accountability for teens.
Tamra utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Humanistic Therapy, ensuring a tailored approach to each client’s needs.
