Sydney Mann, LGPC (she/her) is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and double alumna of Loyola University Maryland, where she earned her master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling. Sydney believes choosing to begin therapy is one of the most courageous and tender acts of self-care.

Sydney works with adults, young adults, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, adjustment concerns, and life transitions. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and affirming, using an integrative approach grounded in person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, nurtured, and supported in reconnecting with their authentic selves at their own pace.
