Susy is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who is passionate about helping individuals heal and reconnect with themselves. She has a special interest in working with trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach integrates CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, Somatic Counseling, and inner child work. Susy offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
In her free time, she likes to watch movies, reality shows, knit sweaters, read fiction books, and listen to early 2000’s rock music.
