Starting therapy can be scary! To me, gaining trust and building mutual trust is my first and most important goal as we start working together. It is so important to find a therapist you “click” with, someone you will be able to share with and work with. My goal is to help you recognize yourself as the expert in your own life, and walk beside you as you discover insights, wisdom, strength and resiliency you hold inside you. Together we will work on coping skills, anxiety, anger management, trauma, with the goal of healing, strength and peace.
