Steven “Steve” Wasilczuk, LPC

Therapist

Life can feel like a lot to carry, especially when you are trying to show up for everyone else at the same time. You do not have to sort through it alone. Steve offers a steady, approachable space where you can feel understood, gain clarity, and start making meaningful, lasting changes.

Before becoming a therapist, Steve worked as a teacher & has long been involved in music as a saxophonist and performer. These experiences shape how he connects with clients today. He understands the pressures of staying organized, managing expectations, performing under stress, and balancing multiple roles at once.

Steve works with individuals (Ages 13+) navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions, with a strong focus on ADHD and executive functioning challenges, self-esteem, and identity development. He helps clients build practical tools for focus, follow-through, and organization while also exploring the deeper patterns that impact how they relate to themselves and others.

He has a special interest in supporting adults in the sandwich generation, those balancing the needs of children, aging parents, and everything in between. If you are feeling stretched thin, burned out, or constantly pulled in different directions, therapy can be a place to reset, create boundaries, and take care of yourself, too.

Steve also works with clients around relationships, sexuality, and intimacy, offering a comfortable and nonjudgmental space to explore patterns, concerns, and connection. His goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and fulfilled in your relationships and in yourself.

He is especially passionate about working with creatives and artists, including musicians, performers, writers, and those building careers in creative fields. He understands the emotional complexity, uncertainty, and identity challenges that often come with creative work and helps clients find balance both on and off the stage.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys time with his spouse and two cats, biking, canoeing, reading, singing, and playing saxophone.
