I’m a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in a variety of practice settings including working as an individual and group therapist.  My mission is to create a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore and navigate their unique life journey. I believe in collaborative and client centered approaches, tailoring my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I worked together with clients to explore, understand, and develop effective coping strategies to their challenges.

I am trained in strengths-based theory, cognitive-behavioral theory, dialectical behavior theory, hypnosis, mindfulness, and acceptance commitment theory.  My work experience includes psychotherapy, palliative care, medical social work, substance misuse disorder.  I am a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ community and for those seeking support for issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation.  In my practice I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment for individuals from all walks of life.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, reading, and listening to music.  Mindfulness is part of my daily practice which includes working out, walking and meditation.  Traveling and exploring are a few of my passions in life.
