Stefanie brings more than 15 years of experience in franchising, with a comprehensive background spanning franchise sales, development, operations, and training. Most recently, she led global franchise sales for an AI-driven franchise concept. Her experience also includes roles with boutique fitness franchisors, including Xponential Fitness, as well as recruiting and staffing with PrideStaff. In addition, Stefanie was a franchise owner for seven years, operating a CycleBar indoor cycling studio within her local community.
