Stacie MacArthur, M.Ed, LCMHC-S

Clinical Director

Stacie has been practicing as a therapist since 2005 and has served in leadership roles as a director of outpatient mental health companies in both NC and AZ since 2014. She has extensive training in integrated trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is also a member of the American Academy for Experts in Traumatic Stress, the American Counseling Association, and the North Carolina Counseling Association. Additionally, she is a licensed clinical supervisor in NC. She came to Ellie – Charlotte because she believes wholeheartedly in Ellie’s values of authenticity and humor. She brings these traits into her sessions, her clinical supervision, and her workplace. She also believes in the work that Ellie does to get creative with making mental health accessible to our community and reduce the stigma around taking care of our mental health. How does she take care of her mental health? You’ll find her on her kayak, hiking in the beautiful NC mountains, spending time with friends, chilling with a good book, or just hanging out with her lab mix, Pippin.
