Hi, I’m Stacey! I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work at Rutgers University and hold a bachelor’s degree in English from Hunter College. I also have my NJ elementary teaching license and was part of the Academy for Social Research, which helped shape my passion for understanding people and their unique stories. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and patient advocacy, I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and client-centered approach to therapy.
I’m comfortable working with clients aged six and older and tailor my methods to meet your unique needs. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques, including psychodynamic theory, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy. I welcome individuals from all populations and demographics, including the LGBTQ+ community, and strive to create a safe space where you can feel heard and supported.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, volunteering in my community, spending time with my family, and playing with my dog. I’m honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. I look forward to meeting you and working together to achieve your goals.
