Sophie Zbesko, LCSW

Therapist

Sophie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her MSW from the University of Denver. She has worked across diverse settings — including homeless shelters, schools, community mental health, and youth-serving nonprofits — and is passionate about supporting clients ages 12 to 50 as they navigate anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.

Sophie takes an eclectic, holistic approach, drawing from attachment-based therapies, brainspotting, mindfulness, somatic (body-based) therapy, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to tailor each session to the individual. Her work is relational and depth-oriented, looking beneath the surface to understand the deeper roots of what clients carry. When meeting in the office, her certified therapy dog is often part of the session.
