Sophie is a Licensed Resident in Counseling who has experience working with adults, teens, couples and families experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions and much more. Sophie utilizes a combination of clinical interventions to best meet the needs of the
individual including person-centered, CBT, and DBT. Sophie values connection, humor, and empathy. Sophie previously worked in an outpatient program that specialized in substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Sophie enjoys spending time with her family and her two pups, weight lifting, cycling, hiking, and most things outdoors. Sophie also loves doing puzzles.
