Skylar is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado, holding an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She takes a strength-based, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered Theory, CBT, and other modalities to support clients in a holistic, compassionate way. With experience across diverse populations and mental health challenges, Skylar works with individuals of all ages, and she is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents, including those navigating the effects of trauma. She is deeply committed to helping clients grow, heal, and live with authenticity, purpose, and intentionality.
