Her approach blends mindfulness, practical coping tools, and insight-oriented reflection to help clients build emotional awareness and confidence in their everyday lives. Simran’s work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and cultural awareness, encouraging clients to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
Outside of the office, Simran enjoys hiking, cooking, baking sourdough, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends.
