Sherley Paul earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Florida International University. Sherley enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, and is committed to helping clients across the lifespan strengthen their mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.

She has experience supporting individuals navigating addiction, emotional regulation, and major life transitions and has worked within residential substance use treatment settings. Sherley utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relapse prevention techniques to help clients build practical coping skills and work toward lasting stability and growth. She is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged throughout their therapeutic journey.
