Sheila Marquardt, PhD, MS, LLPC

Therapist

Sheila creates a supportive space for clients to explore stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions with compassion and curiosity. She helps students and educators reconnect with their values, restore balance, and develop practical strategies to build sustainable wellbeing.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, trauma-informed and feminist approaches, Sheila brings over 25 years of experience in education and experience in helping people cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose in their lives.

Sheila enjoys growing, processing and preparing food from her garden and baking all things bread. She and her spouse make the best maple syrup (seriously…it’s delish!).
