Shannon is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a Masters in Counseling from Webster University. Shannon is passionate about creating a space for her clients to express themselves and to feel safe. Shannon focuses on working with older teens and young adults navigating through life’s challenges. She uses a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) to help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and much more. Shannon values inclusivity and is an advocate for mental health in the LGBTQ+ community. Therapy is very important, and Shannon aims to provide the best care possible to all clients.
Outside of her role as a counselor, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two dogs and watching the latest shows on TV.
