My priority is building trust and rapport with my client to create a safe space, allowing them to freely share their thoughts and feelings, providing an outlet with empathy, and gaining insight with exploration and reflection.
At the client’s pace, I will use psychoeducation to teach the “how and why” of psychology, to grant effective understanding and use of coping skills, strategies, and solutions.
I see clients of all ages and cultures. My education and experience applies to diverse populations, allowing me to assist with issues of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family and relationships, spiritual and multicultural challenges, and the impact of stress, emotions, and other behavioral concerns.
