Sarah Veteri, LAC, LCADC

Therapist

I am a licensed mental health and addictions therapist with over 25 years of experience, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, and substance-related concerns.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), integrating clinical skills with a holistic perspective that recognizes the mind–body–spirit connection. I believe in combining clinical tools with deeper exploration to foster personal growth, meaning, and empowerment. Alongside professionalism, I bring a fun-loving and approachable spirit to therapy, helping create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and encouraging.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered, with a deeply human approach. I strive to foster a strong patient–therapist relationship rooted in authenticity and honesty.

My goal is to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with hope and healing, navigate challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and move toward lives that feel more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are
