Sarah is a compassionate therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of West Florida, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree with a focus on substance abuse. Certified in the treatment of complex trauma, she began her career supporting children, adolescents, and families through grief, as well as facilitating therapeutic grief camps to foster healing in communities. These experiences shaped her belief in holistic wellness and the transformative power of community-centered care.
Rooted in humanistic, strengths-based, and systems theories, Sarah empowers clients to embrace their stories and uncover new paths for growth. She integrates expressive arts, mindfulness, yoga, somatic exercises, and breathwork to strengthen the mind-body connection. Dedicated to tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, Sarah combines attachment-based, existential, and person-centered approaches to create a safe space for healing. Outside work, she enjoys exploring nature, leading Scout activities, spending time with friends and family, and giving back to her Pensacola community.
