Sarah is a compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated License Professional Counseling who has devoted her career to helping children, teens, and families feel supported, understood, and empowered. She brings a supportive, person-centered and trauma informed approach to every session and takes pride in creating safe space where clients can express themselves openly and grow at their own pace.
Sarah uses a blend of evidence‑based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy techniques, and Mindfulness—to provide treatment that honors each person’s unique needs. She supports her clients working through a wide range of challenges, including emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, grief, suicidal and self‑harm thoughts and behaviors. She also works closely with families navigating stressful transitions or seeking to strengthen communication and connection at home.
