Sarah is an LMFT that loves working with couples, families, and kids! She has a special certification in perinatal mental health and is passionate about helping young families adjust to becoming parents and everything that comes with that change. Sarah offers individual therapy, including EMDR, covering a wide variety of issues ranging from depression and anxiety to identity issues to trauma recovery. She also offers couples counseling for dating or married couples struggling with communication and connection issues, dealing with the fallout from infidelity, or simply wanting to strengthen their relationship. With Sarah’s help she can free you from whatever you’re struggling with and get you onto a path of feeling genuinely connected to yourself and your partner! Sarah earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and two bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychology, all three from Azusa Pacific University. She’s an avid coffee lover, family and friend fanatic, and board game enthusiast!
