Sarah holds a Bachelor’s in Recreational Therapy from Kean University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University. She has over five years of experience in inpatient behavioral health, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Sarah takes a whole-person approach, integrating cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness, movement, and other evidence based practices to foster self-awareness and resilience. Her warm, collaborative style creates a safe space for healing and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, meditation, cooking, skiing, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
