Sarah Al-Zadjali is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Ellie Mental Health in Concord. Her education from Webster University and hands-on clinical experience has provided her the ability to work with clients ages 15+. Sarah is passionate about working with clients who are looking for help with managing their anxiety and depression, going through life transitions, curious about exploring other coping skills, victims and/or survivors of interpersonal and sexual violence, and those who want to explore their concepts of self/identity work (self-esteem, self-acceptance, self-compassion, self-talk, self-sabotage, etc) in a deeper, more meaningful way. Sarah’s therapeutic style is personalized to each client’s needs, and uses a variety of modalities (cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused and internal family systems) to help clients reach their full potential. As Glenda the Good Witch once said, “you’ve always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.”
I don’t go to therapy to find out if I’m a freak,
I go and I find the one and only answer every week.
And when I talk about therapy, I know what people think,
That it only makes you selfish and in love with your shrink.
But, oh, how I loved everybody else,
When I finally got to talk so much about myself.
