Sara Kiley, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

Therapist

I believe being in creative spaces with others has the potential to help us become our best and most authentic selves. Grounded in feminist theories, resource-oriented, social justice perspectives, and pulling from an eclectic style of therapy, I trust that we bring our own strengths, skills, and resources into the therapeutic relationship. Music and creating are welcome inclusions yet not required for participation in therapy.

I have worked with a variety of ages and diagnosis, most often exploring grief, loss, and change. I also have a special focus for supporting parents beginning with labor and birth or wherever else they find themselves in that journey.

I started my professional career as a Board-Certified Music Therapist in 2008 and moved into the Clinical Mental Health Counseling space more recently. Outside of sessions, you can

expect to find me enjoying the outdoors with my family, watching racing of some sort, or reading and crocheting.
