Sara Gerall, LCSWA

Therapist

Sara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who specializes in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma. Sara also has extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence. She uses a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach in an anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirming setting to support youth and adults. Whether you are currently in crisis, grappling with your past, or feeling unsettled and wanting to better understand yourself, Sara’s compassionate and empathetic approach can help. Empowerment and collaboration are key components of Sara’s work with clients and she uses CBT, EMDR, TFCBT, mindfulness, and play therapy in her practice.

Sara loves to be outside, on a trail or in her garden. Other times you’ll find her experimenting with new recipes, cross-stitching, or working on her “to read” pile.
