Sara is passionate about understanding the human condition and helping others navigate the complexities of their lives. Life has many challenges, but finding your purpose, acceptance of who you are, and identifying your values can help many people to create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Some of the therapy modalities Sara incorporates into sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Existential Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), among others that promote self-understanding, belongingness, and acceptance.

The diversity in Sara‘s clinical experience represents a multitude of populations. Sara works with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, existential crisis/life transitions, LGBTQ + community concerns, mood disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, couples and family concerns, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Sara enjoys helping her clients to learn skills and tools to navigate their lives and hope they find enjoyment on the journey of life.
