Have you ever felt like you don’t quite fit in or like you’re constantly trying to figure out where you belong? You’re not alone. Sara is passionate about helping people who feel this way learn to accept themselves while also growing into the person they want to be.
Sara works with individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, and anxiety and strives to create a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and play therapy to help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
Sara also enjoys working with veterans and military families, as well as couples, teens, and children. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on helping clients recognize their strengths while working through life’s challenges.
