I believe therapy works best when it feels like a shared journey. My approach is humanistic and integrative, grounded in the idea that everyone already holds strengths worth honoring. Together, we slow things down, notice patterns, and create space for insight, compassion, and meaningful change.

As a 1.5-generation Korean American who has lived in nine different countries, I learned early on how powerful it can be to feel seen, understood, and welcomed. Moving between cultures taught me to listen closely, stay curious, and appreciate the many ways people make sense of their worlds. In the therapy room, I aim to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and safe—where you can show up just as you are, share your story openly, and even find moments of lightness along the way.

I am passionate about trauma work, especially multicultural and generational trauma. I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and I integrate approaches including CBT, EFT, SFT, and IFS into my practice to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs.
