Samantha is passionate about supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds and life stages, helping them navigate challenges and move toward a more fulfilling life journey. She approaches counseling with warmth, curiosity, and a focus on understanding each person’s unique experiences and needs.

She incorporates techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, self-awareness practices, and empowerment strategies, believing that with the right tools and support, individuals can overcome struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions.

Outside of her professional work, Samantha enjoys attending local events and traveling with her family, listening to heroic and epic fantasy novels with a D&D influence, attempting household fixes, and nurturing her garden while recognizing that each year brings a new beginning as she balances being both an over and under waterer.
