Samantha Cail, MSW, LCSW

Therapist

I believe that individuals are the foremost experts in their own lives and possess inherent strength and resilience to foster positive change. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Regis College and bring over 24 years of experience in bodywork, with a focus on the physiological effects of trauma and chronic mental health challenges on the mind and body. This background has underscored for me the significance of mindfulness and the importance of integrating emotional, mental, and physical aspects of well-being to achieve balance. In essence, what occurs in the mind directly influences the body.

Guided by this holistic perspective, my primary aim is to support individuals through their personal growth and healing processes by incorporating my understanding of the body-mind connection and my training as a social worker. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, individuals with substance disorders, as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and existential concerns. Recognizing that therapy can be challenging, I also value the role of humor as a constructive tool for growth. My approach is rooted in deep compassion, and I am committed to helping clients recognize and harness their innate capacity for resilience, healing, and transformation.
