Sabrina Hermsen, MS

Therapist

Hi there, I’m Sabrina! I’m an outpatient therapist offering evening and weekend hours.I have experience working with crisis situations and complex cases of school avoidance, self harm, suicidal ideation, and trauma. When working with kids I believe in utilizing a play-based and interpersonal neurobiology approach, meaning that all behavior is information and exploring how the nervous system impacts how we relate to others. I am also passionate about working with first responders, maternal mental health, and providing faith-based counseling upon request.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me busy with family as a mom of two under 5 and a wife of a first responder. I have a knack for sourdough and love to listen to podcasts. I am a Christian and continuous student of the Bible. I was also born and raised in Wisconsin so you may even catch an accent or hear me mispronounce a town or two! If you feel that I would be a good fit for you or your family please reach out, I’d be honored to be part of your journey!
