Sabrina is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, school concerns, relationship challenges, and other stressors. Drawing on her background in elementary education, she offers client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care tailored to each client’s needs.
Sabrina integrates evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, play, creative activities, and somatic practices. She is passionate about helping clients build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, crafting, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
