Sabine Geary holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and currently offers in-person and virtual services for clients in Massachusetts. Sabine has a diverse clinical background, having worked in inpatient psychiatric units as well as outpatient and school-based settings with children, adolescents, and families. In these roles, she has acquired experience working with a range of diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Schizophrenia.
Sabine takes an integrative approach to therapy, blending elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. This allows her to tailor treatment to each client’s specific needs, promoting both immediate coping skills and long-term personal growth. Sabine’s approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and empowerment to help each client gain insight into their strengths while offering support through life’s challenges.
