Robert Tsai (he/him) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has helped clients address their depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, parenting struggles, self-esteem, and many other challenges.
As an immigrant, he has an understanding of cultural dynamics. Robert uses individualized approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), integrative, multicultural, to post-modern techniques in addressing clients’ needs. He desires to help clients embrace positive change, build meaningful connections, and rediscover joy.
Robert believes in supporting clients to develop cognitive and emotional skills, enhance self-awareness, reach their full potential, and navigate life’s challenges. He will help guide you toward healing, fulfillment, and a stronger sense of self.
In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, snowboarding, playing guitar and listening to music.
