Robert is a Supervisee in Clinical Social work experienced in working with anxiety, depression and mood disorders. Robert feels It’s not unordinary for someone to seek out therapy for their stories, views, and feelings to be protected and understood. Robert aims to provide that setting to those he works with. Understanding your values, strengths, and challenges to concentrate on what you wish to achieve in therapy are important to his approach.
Sessions begin from a feedback informed approach. This allows every conversation with you to be built upon the last, which opens the discussion up for additional insights from you on your journey. ACT/CBT/DBT and motivational interviewing techniques are utilized. He works with individuals and couples and implements EFT and Gottman methods for couples.
When not in session, Robert enjoys the occasional jog, spending time with his family, and getting his heart broken by the Washington Commanders.
