Riley is a Licensed professional counselor- in training and has a masters degree in community psychology from Alverno College. She also has a background in helping adolescents and families navigate the mental health system and resources in Milwaukee county. When it comes to therapy she takes a person-centered
approach and utilizes DBT activities to help reach goals.
What does all that mean? It means Riley is a firm believer that the person she is working with is the expert in the room. She likes to create a safe space where anyone and everyone can feel welcome to be unapologetically themselves. Riley takes a collaborative approach and will work together with you to form a customized therapy plan to reach the goals that you create together.
She is currently accepting clients ages 7-40. Areas she specializes in are: ADHD, ODD, parent-child relationship, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
