Renita Birt, LPC

Therapist

I enjoy collaborating with clients as young as four years old all the way through adulthood. I provide support and empathy for children, teens, young adults, and adults. Whether it’s a young child struggling with emotional regulation, a teen exploring their identity and school pressures, or an adult facing life transitions, I bring insightful knowledge, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to the therapeutic journey. I engage in each session with a real life approach, uplifting energy, and a sense of humor.

Clients often describe me as authentic, approachable, and genuine. I value creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. Therapy with me is a space where healing is possible, hope is restored, and humor is welcomed—even in the challenging moments.

My clinical experience includes working with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, trauma, life transitions, and relational (family, friends, and/or romantic) difficulties. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals.
