Renee is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern dedicated to supporting individuals ages ten and older as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. She is passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported in a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. Renee understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and she strives to create a space where clients can safely explore their emotions, experiences, relationships, and goals at their own pace.
Using a client-centered and strengths-based approach, Renee believes that every individual has the capacity for growth and resilience. She works closely with clients to identify their unique strengths while helping them build practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional or interpersonal difficulties. Renee values the importance of meeting clients where they are emotionally and tailoring treatment to fit each person’s individual needs, experiences, and goals.
Renee incorporates evidence-based practices into her work to support emotional wellness, improve coping skills, and encourage lasting change. She is committed to fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, empathy, and respect. Whether clients are seeking support through difficult life experiences, looking to better understand themselves, or hoping to develop healthier patterns and relationships, Renee strives to empower them throughout their healing journey.
