Reina Lopez, MSW, LSW

Associate Therapist

Reina earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Eastern University, where she developed a holistic, person-in-environment perspective to understand and address each client’s unique needs. She takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can grow and work toward their goals.

Reina specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem and confidence challenges, and relationship concerns. She integrates attachment theory, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) into her work, helping clients recognize the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to promote meaningful change and informed decision-making.

Outside of her clinical work, Reina enjoys the performing arts, whether attending a play or going to the movies, listening to R&B and neo-soul music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
