Rebekah Taylor, LCSW-S

Clinic Director

Rebekah brings more than a decade of experience in community mental health, program development, and team leadership. A social worker at heart and by training, Rebekah has built her career around supporting individuals, families, and the professionals who serve them.

Before joining Ellie, she spent ten years with Daybreak Family Services, a leading community mental health agency in Oklahoma, where she developed deep expertise in trauma-informed care, crisis response, clinician development, and building supportive systems that help both clients and staff thrive.

Since 2024, she has also served as faculty in the University of Oklahoma’s MSW program, where she teaches and mentors emerging social workers. Rebekah is currently working toward EMDR certification and is trained in TF-CBT, PersonBrain, and several other trauma-focused treatment modalities. She is an affirming therapist who loves working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as individuals healing from religious trauma.

Her passion is simple and consistent: to expand high-quality, accessible mental health services across Tulsa and surrounding communities while cultivating a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional care. She believes that strong teams create strong outcomes—and that both clients and providers deserve environments that honor their humanity.

Outside of work, Rebekah loves to travel, read, and stay active, and she cherishes time with her friends and family, especially with her beloved dog, Dolly Parton, who proudly considers herself the real boss of the household.
